01 — Internal Family Systems (IFS)
IFS is an evidence-based therapeutic approach that gently guides you in exploring the various parts within yourself, like those feeling anxious, critical, or protective. These parts often emerge from past experiences and simply long to be felt, seen, and understood. Through IFS, you’ll uncover their unique roles, foster nurturing relationships with them, and create a healing space for inner wounds to heal. This helps you reconnect with your core authentic Self, the calm, compassionate presence within you.
02 — Mindful Embodiment Practices
Mindfulness and embodiment practices help you reconnect with your body's innate wisdom. Stress or trauma can become stored in the body, creating disconnection as a protective response. Through a slow, compassionate approach, we tune into body sensations and use practices that support nervous system regulation and cultivate present-moment awareness, helping you safely return to the present moment. This approach can support you to navigate stress, release tension carried in the body, and foster a deeper sense of wholeness within yourself.
03 — Compassionate Inquiry
Compassionate Inquiry is an approach developed by Gabor Maté that helps to uncover and release hidden or unconscious beliefs, traumas and emotional patterns formed in childhood that shape how we think, feel and behave. Through a curious, compassionate lens, it invites authentic connection to your inner experience, helping to transform inner wounds and allowing a new way of being to emerge. This creates space for self-understanding, freedom and expansiveness..
