Integrated Self Therapy is inspired by our ability to remember and reconnect with our essence that existed before parts of us formed protective mechanisms in response to stress or trauma. While these mechanisms are meant to keep us safe, they can create a sense of disconnection from ourselves, others and to life itself. Whether these formed in childhood, relationships, or from systemic harm, my intention is to come alongside you with compassion as you heal and integrate all parts of you, restoring and reclaiming the freedom you were meant to experience.
I’m Tiffany Saunders, a clinical social worker and therapist offering online therapy and coaching in Nova Scotia and worldwide. Whether you are navigating the symptoms of trauma, stress, grief, transitions, spirituality, or the search for meaning, all parts of you are welcome.

My approach is trauma-informed and weaves together Internal Family Systems (IFS), Compassionate Inquiry, mindfulness and embodiment practices.
These approaches draw on the body as a source of wisdom, regulation and healing, creating a space of curiosity and self-compassion.
Together we help every part of you to feel seen, safe, and understood, so you can reconnect with your true Self and live with more trust, freedom and wholeness.
